Lisa González grew up in California supporting the operational side of her entrepreneurial family's many exciting businesses. She ventured into the practice of law to help other businesses, but missed making a day-to-day impact. She was recruited to join a family start-up in operations, and after years of doing some things right and a lot of things wrong, she implemented EOS. The impact of implementing EOS resulted in a healthy leadership team, consistent revenues, improved processes, profitability—and personal freedom.
