When someone pulls the fire alarm during Frank and Joe’s first day at Bayport Elementary, Joe thinks he knows who did it. But all the other kids think Joe is a snitch, and if Frank doesn’t find out who really pulled the alarm, the Hardys will never eat lunch in that lunchroom again!
